A typographic solution that reinforces a cultural link between place and ideas and also acknowledges the birthplace of ideas across various fields

The urban marker will be placed all around the City of Melbourne and will seek to honour and commemorate the creative contributions of individuals in the past and encourage those of the present. The marker will be placed all around the city, inviting interaction with passers-by. Overtime, it will become a sign in which people are able to associate positive, influential experiences with as well as a fuel for fostering their own creativity.

The various colourful markers appearing across the city will spark curiosity by the public in which they will be able to scan a QR code present on the side of the marker. This QR code will lead them to the digital face of a website with the option of downloading an app. Through the app, they are then able to experience an augmented reality (AR) environment, allowing the individual to tour the area in which ideas had been initially generated.
